Weights given are approximate particularly in the case of the Marseille Soap. This soap can reduce in weight as the water content in the soap evaporates. This is a natural process and is not detrimental to the product.
Size and Appearance
Please note that some of our soaps are handmade and therefore may be slightly irregular in shape and may also vary in colour.
If you have sensitive skin you should do a skin patch test before using any product that comes into contact with your skin. Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or elbow and leave on for at least 24 hours. You could have an allergy if any redness or tenderness occurs within this time. You should avoid any product or products that contain the same ingredients. If you have an allergic reaction, stop using immediately, and thoroughly rinse the affected area with water.
We make every effort to ensure that the products and services we offer are of the highest standard. But if you receive items that you are not happy with you can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. If you would like to cancel please inform us by e-mail at email@example.com. You must make sure that the goods you want to return are packaged properly to protect against damage for their return delivery. Please return the goods as quickly as possible to ensure a prompt refund. We will return the cost of your original order including the post and packaging. However, if you do need to return your order for any reason you must return the goods to us at your own expense.

Risk of Loss
